The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, being so close to Paddington station. It made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities provided in the room, like the twin beds and private bathroom, were exactly what we needed. The attention to detail was also impressive, with little things like where to put the shower gel clearly labeled. Plus, having breakfast included was a nice touch, even though the selection was a bit limited.
That the room smelled a bit unpleasant, but other than that, everything was great.

The Norfolk Inn Paddington is conveniently located near some decent pubs and within walking distance of the station. It is also right next to Paddington station, making it easy to explore the city. guests can enjoy a leisurely walk to nearby Hyde Park. The hotel offers comfortable rooms with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The staff is friendly and always available at the front desk. The hotel has excellent wifi services and the breakfast, though basic, is a nice start to the day.
There was a slight inconvenience with the shower head positioning, causing water to splash onto the shower room door.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a couple of minutes away from the tube station, convenient to schedule meetings around the city. The staff, especially the receptionist in the evening, were lovely and helpful. They even printed my Eurostar ticket for me. The hotel was clean, with the common areas well-maintained. The breakfast, although with limited options, was convenient.
Could not be improved in any way.
